Common Questions
The onboarding questionnaire usually takes about 20 minutes. After onboarding and required access are complete, the Core 6 Pilot targets first configured value within 48 hours. Provider approvals, routing, consent, and testing can extend that target; we will show each service's actual status.
Connecting an approved Google Business Profile is optional, but review monitoring, profile workflows, and available performance evidence are limited without it. Connection does not guarantee a ranking or visibility change.
Yes. You can update service-area settings from Dashboard > Settings > Service Areas. Each affected workflow shows its actual update or provider status; no fixed propagation time is promised.
You will need your business name, address, phone number, service list, service area, and access to your Google Business Profile. Having your logo and some job photos ready helps us create better content faster.
Each service shows a status indicator on your dashboard — green for active, yellow for deploying, and gray for inactive. You will also receive an email notification when each service goes live.
