Three real channels, in order of usefulness:
1. Dashboard support tickets (recommended)
Dashboard → Support → New Ticket. Tickets are attached to your account, so we can see your configuration and history without a back-and-forth. Pick the category and priority that fit; reserve high priority for a customer-facing service being down, a billing error, or a possible data issue.
2. The contact form
The contact page works without logging in — useful if you can't access your dashboard.
3. Email
support@trysovereignai.com, from the email address on your account so we can match you quickly.
What to include
The difference between one reply and five:
- What you were trying to do, and the exact steps you took
- What you expected versus what happened
- A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
- Whether it happens every time or intermittently
- Browser and device, if it's a dashboard display problem
Response expectations
Response timing follows the support terms of your current plan, shown in the product — we deliberately don't publish a blanket response-time promise here that your agreement may not contain. For urgent customer-facing issues, say so explicitly in the ticket, describe the impact, and use the affected service's documented fallback (for example, disabling call forwarding at your carrier sends calls straight back to your phone) while you wait.
Before you write in
Two minutes of self-service that resolves a lot:
- Check each service's status card on the dashboard — a yellow "deploying" state explains most "it's not working yet" reports.
- Re-run the relevant setup article in this help center — phone forwarding and widget embedding are the two most common culprits.
