Everything below is managed from Dashboard → Billing, with payments processed by Stripe. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
When you're charged
Your subscription bills monthly on the anniversary of your signup date (annual plans bill once per year). There is no free trial and no setup fee on self-serve plans — the first charge happens at checkout, and the risk reversal is the guarantee below, not a trial.
Managing your payment method
The Billing page shows your card on file and next billing date. Click Update payment method (or Open Stripe portal) to change cards, switch to ACH, or download invoices — all of that happens in Stripe's secure portal, and Sovereign never stores your card number.
Changing plans
Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe: upgrade mid-cycle and you're charged the difference for the remaining days; downgrade and the credit applies to your next invoice.
Canceling
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Billing. You'll be asked why (it genuinely informs what we fix), and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and collected data like reviews and lead records remains yours. No cancellation fees.
The 60-day money-back guarantee
Qualifying new subscriptions can request a refund of eligible subscription fees within 60 days of purchase:
- The Billing page shows a self-serve guarantee card with your remaining eligibility window — submitting from there processes the refund and cancellation together.
- Exclusions: ad spend, third-party costs, and some setup work are not refundable. The published guarantee terms govern.
- The guarantee can be claimed once per account.
The booked-job guarantee
Pilot carries a separate risk reversal, stated exactly as: "If Otto doesn't book you a single job in your first 30 days, that month is free." That is a floor, not a forecast — we deliberately do not predict how many jobs any plan will book, because no honest platform can.
If a payment fails
Failed payments flag your account past-due; update your card via the Stripe portal to clear it. Service can suspend after a grace period if the payment keeps failing.
