Every connected channel feeds one place: your lead inbox at Dashboard → Leads, with pipeline management at Dashboard → CRM.
Where leads come from
Each lead records its source so attribution stays honest:
- Website chat — conversations where the assistant captured contact details
- Phone — calls the AI answered and took intake on
- Booking widget — appointment requests from your website
- Forms and ads — connected form fills and ad-platform leads
- Referral / organic / direct — tracked from how the visitor arrived
Lead statuses
Leads move through a simple status ladder: new → contacted → qualified → appointment → won (or lost). The CRM pipeline view adds a proposal stage between qualified and won for quoted work. Statuses update from the lead detail panel; the analytics conversion rate is computed from these same records — won leads over total leads, nothing modeled.
The lead detail
Click any lead to see contact info, source, the conversation or call summary it came from, notes, and its estimated value. Fill in value on won jobs if you want the pipeline dollars to mean something.
Follow-up is a draft until you approve it
Provisioning prepares a "New Lead Welcome Sequence" (an email and SMS cadence over the first week) in a deliberately inactive state. No automated customer contact happens until you review the copy and switch it on — sender identity, consent, and SMS compliance rules all apply when you do.
Practical habits
- Work new leads first — speed matters more than polish in home services.
- Mark outcomes (won/lost) so conversion numbers stay real.
- Use notes — the AI's future context and your own memory both benefit.
