It’s used to run your account — nothing else
Leads, messages, bookings, and customer records are processed to do the job you hired Otto for: answer, follow up, book, and report. That’s the only reason we touch it.
We never sell it
Your data and your homeowners’ data are never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers or brokers. There is no version of Sovereign’s business that involves selling your customer list.
It doesn’t train third-party foundation models
We use AI models to power Otto, but your account data is not contributed to training third-party foundation models. When a provider offers a no-training data path, we use it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data is encrypted over the wire (TLS) and encrypted where it’s stored. Access is limited to what’s needed to operate and support your account.
Exportable, anytime
Ask and we’ll hand you a clean export of your data. If you leave, you keep an export window — you’re never held hostage to stay.
Deletable on request
Ask us to delete your account data and we will, subject only to records we’re legally required to retain (like billing history). We’ll tell you exactly what that is.
What we don’t claim
We won’t cite certifications we haven’t earned. Sovereign is a small, growing company — we use reputable infrastructure providers and follow their security practices, but we don’t currently hold a SOC 2 or ISO 27001 attestation, and we won’t pretend otherwise. When that changes, this page will say so, with a date.
